I get goosebumps whenever an author I read makes reference to, or links his work to a familiar concept written by any one of my favorite authors.

It’s like bumping on your crush at the mall on a Christmas Sunday.

What are the odds?

I felt this way when Tim Ferriss, in his book, Tools of Titans, made a reference to “Good,” as a mind shift strategy that has helped him survive difficult times.

“Good” is a powerful mind tool that can help you go through hard times like a badass. It was suggested by a retired U.S Navy SEAL Commander, Jocko Willink in his popular book, Discipline Equals Freedom.

And because I think it was excellently written, allow me to use the next one minute of your time to share with you the concept of “good” in his own words.
